Miss Tia has been an integral part of the Danceworks 114 community since its establishment in 1996 and has proudly dedicated the past 18 years to teaching a wide range of dance styles. In 2021, she stepped into a full time leadership position as Operations Manager, overseeing studio administration, staff management, and customer relations. In August of that same year, Tia became the owner of Danceworks 114 and assumed the role of Studio Director.
With more than 12 years of experience in administrative and management roles across diverse and demanding industries, Tia brings strong organisational expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of studio operations. She is grateful to apply her skills within Danceworks 114, working alongside an inspiring team of talented and dedicated educators.
Tia holds Elementary teaching certificates in Tap and Ballet, as well as qualifications as an Acrobatic Arts Instructor and Cheerleading Coach. She remains passionate about the continued growth and development of Danceworks 114 as a welcoming and supportive environment for dancers of all ages and abilities.
Miss Tia is deeply committed to ensuring that every student and family feels valued, safe, and supported. Her goal is to provide a studio culture where dancers are empowered to express themselves freely, build confidence, and pursue their love of dance in an atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement.
Miss Kristy has been dancing for over twenty years and began teaching at the age of seventeen.
She holds a certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management, has completed both her Junior and Associate teacher's qualification with Australian Teacher's of Dancing (ATOD) and holds a Certificate III in Community Activities specialising in Dance as well as a Certificate III in Business.
Kristy continued to develop her love of dance and teaching by furthering her dance studies in Melbourne, studying Dance Teaching and Management at Dance Factory as well as Elite Dance at Kelly Aykers Full Time Dance.
In 2015, Kristy performed at the opening ceremony of the ICC Cricket World Cup as a backup dancer for pop star Nathaniel. Kristy loves to share her passion for dance and aims to bring out the best in each of her students.
In her time away from dance Kristy loves spending time with her son William, husband Glenn and cat Archie.
Miss Lacey has a strong passion for both Ballet and Acrobatics and brings a thoughtful and dedicated approach to her teaching. She has completed the Acrobatic Arts Teaching Certification course, with a particular focus on safe technique, skill development, and appropriate progressions for all students.
In 2020, Lacey successfully completed her Advanced Classical Ballet Examination through the ATOD syllabus, reflecting her commitment to excellence in ballet training. She has also undertaken a Progressing Ballet Technique course, gaining valuable insight and specialised exercises to further support the development of strong ballet foundations and technique.
Outside of Danceworks 114, whether teaching or continuing her own training, Lacey also works in a local aged care facility, providing catering services for residents. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors riding her horses.
Miss Allie has been a valued member of the Danceworks 114 family since the age of five. She has trained extensively across a variety of dance styles within the studio and has successfully completed her Ballet and Tap Elementary Examinations. Allie has been part of the teaching team since 2018 and continues to bring enthusiasm and dedication to her role as an educator.
Throughout her training and teaching journey, Allie has developed a strong passion for Hip Hop and the diverse range of styles it encompasses. She especially enjoys working with young dancers and finds great reward in supporting their growth, confidence, and development throughout the year.
Outside of Danceworks 114, Allie works during the week at a local daycare centre while also studying towards her Bachelor of Education. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the Victorian High Country and spending time with her two beloved dachshunds.
Miss Bonnie began dancing locally at the age of two and continued her training until the age of sixteen, when she progressed to further professional development through Transit Dance’s Origins Program in Melbourne. During this time, she also completed full time Elite Performance training with Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance.
Bonnie brings a strong competitive dance background, having competed both locally and interstate for over twelve years. Her performance experience also includes numerous professional engagements, such as appearances at the AFL Grand Final, the AFL Grand Final Footy Show, Australia’s Got Talent, and the Australian Grand Prix.
With a deep passion for Classical Ballet, Bonnie has successfully completed all Ballet examination levels through the ATOD syllabus. She holds a Certificate IV in Business, Certificates II, III, and IV in Elite Performance, and a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching Management. In addition, she is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education.
Miss Bonnie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and professionalism to our teaching team, and we look forward to seeing our students thrive as they learn and grow under her guidance.
Kelli began dancing at the age of five and quickly developed a strong passion for modern dance. She trained consistently throughout her school years and discovered her true love for dance at Bairnsdale Jazz Funk, formerly known as UFD.
After returning to Bairnsdale in 2008, Kelli rejoined UFD, this time in the role of instructor. She went on to establish the region’s first Hip Hop Performance Team and soon achieved outstanding success at both local and state level competitions. The UFD Senior Hip Hop Troupe has consistently placed within the top two at regional events, and her innovative and dynamic choreography has set a high standard for other teams to follow.
Kelli’s career highlights include achieving a top three placing at the Crown International Dance Festival in 2019, where her troupe competed against leading dance schools from across the country. She has also had the opportunity to dance with LA Danceforce and renowned choreographer Alison Faulk, known for her work on Magic Mike. Since beginning competition in 2010, her team has continued to earn top two placings at regional dance eisteddfods year after year.
Kelli is delighted to share her passion for Hip Hop with our Danceworks community and looks forward to inspiring students to develop a love for this exciting and expressive style.
Miss Sarah has been dancing with us for over 10 years, and in 2022 she officially stepped into a teaching role on our team, instructing classes across all age groups. Over the past few years, Sarah has demonstrated exceptional dedication and genuine love for her work, building meaningful relationships not only with her dancers but with their families as well.
She is a bright, confident, and joyful individual with a strong passion for learning and continuing to grow as an educator. We are so excited to watch Miss Sarah progress through the ranks and flourish in her teaching journey.
Miss Charlie has been a valued member of the DW114 dance community since she was very young and is a wonderful example of a teacher who has grown up within our studio. She officially joined our teaching team in 2023, specialising in Hip Hop and Contemporary dance styles.
Charlie is a poised, mature, and dedicated individual who brings both professionalism and a genuine passion for dance to every class she teaches.
We look forward to supporting Miss Charlie as she continues to develop in her role and inspires the next generation of dancers by sharing her knowledge, experience, and love for the art of dance.

Miss Jade joined the Danceworks 114 team in 2021, taking on the important role of Studio Administrator. She brings with her over 12 years of involvement in the Danceworks community as a dedicated dance parent to her three daughters, Charli, Ayva, and Piper.
Jade holds a Bachelor of Business, specialising in Accounting and Economics, and has more than 16 years of professional experience working as a taxation accountant. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting our studio families make her a valuable addition to our team.
